There is a Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) operating in the HKL premise. It is located below the Otorinolaringology (ENT) Department near the public canteen.

The services provided are:-

1. Savings dan deposits;
2. Withdrawals;
3. Premium Savings Certificate;
4. Autoteller Machine (ATM).

Besides the BSN ATM, there are 2 more autoteller machines belonging to Maybank and Bumiputra Commerce Bank respectively. They operate on a 24-hour basis.
